PARKING: |
Parking at Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex is complimentary. In the event that Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex parking lot is filled to capacity, alternate parking areas will be identified and guests will be directed to these areas. Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex will provide all necessary shuttles and buses to transport guests to and from the alternate parking areas. |

TRANSPORTATION: |
All event participants and spectators are responsible for providing or arranging for their own transportation to Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex. |

|
VENUE DESCRIPTION: |
The Track & Field Complex at Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex has a 9 lane, polyurethane surface [Martin (ISA - 1000)] with 48” lanes. The track has a straightaway on both the front and back straight, and has been marked for all short hurdles and sprint races to be done in both directions. The infield of the track features two bidirectional long/triple jump runways, three pad pole vault runways, three (3) shot put areas, one (1) discus areas and a large D-area for two high jumps and a javelin runway. |

SEATING CAPACITY: |
The Track & Field Complex at Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex has 2,000 permanent chair back seats. |
|
|
|
|
FLUIDS: |
Water stations will be located at field events areas, clerking tent, and at the finish areas of the track. |
|
|
|
|
MEDICAL: |
Athletic trainers will be on-site. |
|
|
|
|
SHOWER & LOCKER ROOMS: |
There are no shower or locker room facilities available at the Track & Field Complex. All competitors will need to dress at their hotel and arrive at Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex dressed to compete. |

|
RESTROOM FACILITIES: |
Restroom facilities are available at the Track & Field Complex. |
|
|
|
|
TENTS: |
There will be a specific area designated for Pop-Up Tents. Only Tents without stakes may be used. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
COOLERS: |
Guests will not be permitted to carry coolers and food into the Sports Complex, except as follows: · Athletes may bring in coolers containing water or sport drinks. No glass bottles will be permitted. · Guests with special dietary needs i.e. diabetes, religious requirements, etc., may bring in food for their personal consumption. |

WEATHER: |
The average temperature in Orlando during the month of August is in the 90’s with high humidity. Chance of rain during August is likely and the following rain protocols will be observed: · In the case of lightning or severe rain, all competition will be halted and all guests will be asked to report to the Fieldhouse or Baseball Stadium. The competition will resume if the weather clears or will be postponed to the following day (in the case of severe weather). · In the case of light rain, competition will continue until safety becomes an issue, at which time competition will be halted and the above protocol will be observed. |

OTHER POLICIES: |
The following items will NOT be allowed into Disney’s Wide World of Sports™ Complex: · Lawn chairs and/or folding chairs · Pets or animals, except service animals (Seeing Eye dogs, Hearing dogs, etc.) |
